Information submitted to us
Booking requests collect your contact details, trip schedule and pickup/drop locations. Driver applications collect contact and address details, date of birth, driving licence details, experience, work preference and emergency contact details. Email and WhatsApp fields are optional on the driver application form.
Why we use it
We use submitted details to respond to enquiries, coordinate and confirm bookings, review driver applications and arrange verification. Please provide an emergency contact only after informing that person.
Systems and service providers
The website runs on WordPress hosting. Driver applications submitted through the registration page are stored in WordPress for administrator review. Booking and driver-directory features use connected Google-hosted operational services. Information required for a booking may be shared with the assigned driver or operations team. Website administration may generate notification emails.
Public driver listings
The driver directory displays names, areas, driver IDs and availability indicators. Licence and mobile details are masked in the visible listings. Contact our team for a correction or removal request.
